I'm a PhD candidate of Tokyo University from Japan. I will research robotics for 6 months at TUM, so I need an accommodation :) 

I read the all texts including the introduction and the house rule. Your room has great access! I also definitely notice that I have to sit down when I go to the toilet, and no smoking.
